This is a hands on training for users who have reviewed the waitlisting documentation available on the Registrar website and still have questions about how to help students manage their registration waitlist. This session will show how students navigate registration for waitlist, the communication they receive when a course becomes available to them, and what happens to a student when they do not respond during the 24 hour period. While this session will show some elements of how waitlists are established for courses, the focus on this training is on providing useful information to help students navigate waitlisting during registration.

This is a high level overview of the Registrar’s webpage highlighting resources needed to complete and update schedules. The session will show requirements for the graduation application, provide a list and examples of all communications the students and departments receive regarding graduation, explain the commencement program process for student listings, and provide an overview of what happens once the degree is conferred.
