Any individual who applies for admission to Augusta University shall pay a non-refundable application fee. Please note that for Health Science, Graduate, and Professional programs, you must be on track or have completed requirements in accordance with the specific program. If you do not meet pre-requisites and are applying for regular admission, please select the appropriate degree seeking category.
Beginning August 1, 2024, the application fee to Augusta University will increase to $60.
An incoming freshman is any senior in high school or a student who has finished high school and has not attended another college since high school.
This application is for all transfer students, life enrichment students, former AU students planning to return, or students who have previously earned an undergraduate degree and aim to earn another.(Students applying into the Nursing program should NOT apply here. Please see Nursing link below.)

This option is for high school students wishing to participate in the Dual Enrollment
program by taking classes at Augusta University. Please note that the application
fee is waived for Dual Enrollment applicants. To submit a completed application, students
will choose the Pay Later or Fee Waiver option on the Payment Screen. The submission
of a Fee Waiver Code is not required.
*If a student completes the application before receiving the fee waiver and pays a
cost, it cannot be refunded.
All students applying into our capacity-limited allied health programs or our Nursing program should find their application below. This includes transfer students and current AU students. Allied health programs include Clinical Laboratory Science, Dental Hygiene, Health Information Administration, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiation Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy. Applications for Augusta University Graduate Programs
This application is designed for all students applying to graduate programs at AU other than Nursing or Physical Therapy.
All students applying to the Speech Language Pathology program should apply through CSDCAS below.
All students applying to the Physician Assistant program should apply through CASPA below.
All students applying to graduate level Nursing programs should apply through NursingCAS below.
All students applying to the Physical Therapy program should apply through PTCAS below.

A transient applicant is an undergraduate student in good standing at another college or university who wishes to take classes temporarily at Augusta University.
Undergraduate non-degree seeking applicants are students seeking to earn credit for undergraduate courses, but are not seeking to complete a degree. A previously-earned bachelor’s degree is required.
Graduate non-degree seeking applicants are students seeking to further their education in graduate courses, but are not seeking to complete a degree.
All students seeking admission to a certificate program should apply here.
All students seeking to audit undergraduate courses, but are not seeking to complete
a degree.
An Auditor Student attends classes as a non-credit, non-degree seeking student, and
must be at least a high school graduate or the equivalent. Auditor students pay full
tuition and fees for courses at Augusta University.
