The Office of the Registrar is responsible for updating the University catalog annually and for meeting the goal of publishing the new catalog by July 1.
A draft version of the Catalog is created and maintained throughout the year, containing new and revisions to academic programs and courses that have been approved via Modern Campus Curriculum (formerly Curriculog). After these modifications have been compiled, the Registrar’s Office notifies colleges, schools, and departments to review their information in the draft catalog via Modern Campus Curriculum and submit any edits by the deadline. After the content has been reviewed and approved, the catalog is published by July 1.
Former students are able to access the catalog of record for when they were at the institution by visiting the Catalog Archives webpage.
MARCH |
Catalog pages are sent to colleges, schools, and academic and administrative departments. The draft version of the catalog pages are launched in Modern Campus Curriculum on a Catalog Review form for colleges, schools, and departments to review and make suggested edits. |
APRIL 30 |
All suggested edits must be attached to the Catalog Review proposal and approved back to the Registrar’s Office. This is especially critical as it allows the Registrar’s Office time to review and process all edits. |
JULY 1 |
Catalog is published for the new academic year. |
