Keire Melson (he/him) serves as the Assistant Director for Testing and Disability Services. He began working in the Testing and Disability Services Office in 2023. He coordinates and provides programs, services, and accommodations for students with disabilities at Augusta University. He also assists the Director with program administration, outreach, and advocacy. Keire is a member of the Association on Higher Education And Disability. Before joining TDS, he was a Senior Program Coordinator in the Student Access Office at Vanderbilt University. Keire holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University.

Kate Galbraith (she/her) serves as one of TDS’s coordinators, working mainly out of Galloway Hall. Kate has been with TDS for nearly two years, with nearly fifteen years experience in the rehabilitation/accommodations field. Kate has her masters in rehabilitation counseling, is a certified rehabilitation counselor, and is working toward becoming a fully licensed mental health counselor. Prior to her work in counseling, Kate worked in ecology research for fifteen years, having earned her masters degree in forestry from UGA. Kate is a native Augustan, returning to Georgia after an over 20-year absence in which she lived in NC, Utah, and Oregon. Kate enjoys backcountry camping, hiking, running, and gardening.

Tiffany Paschal, LCSW is an Atlanta-based clinician and former collegiate scholar-athlete. She holds degrees from Augusta University and Smith College School for Social Work. With a rich background in higher education counseling and accessibility services, Tiffany’s practice is centered on advocacy and self-determination. She is passionate about the "healthy challenge" of adapting to each client's unique story, helping them break through barriers to reach their full potential.
