The work behind each roster
Orientation Leaders meet new students and families while Augusta University still feels unfamiliar. They:
- prepare with the team and learn the program;
- welcome students, families, and supporters;
- guide groups, conversations, and campus experiences;
- help people find the office or staff member that owns the answer; and
- share feedback that makes the next program better.

Each roster keeps its year-specific URL. Public team pages contain approved recognition and program information. Internal schedules, evaluations, student records, and planning documents remain private.
