These webpages aim to guide you through the course and curriculum proposal and approval process using the software solution Curriculog. All Augusta University faculty and staff can be granted access to originate or view proposals in Curriculog using their AU credentials.
Note: Curriculog has changed its name to Modern Campus Curriculum. Updates to instructional help text on the software product will be ongoing. Additionally, the URL for our Curriculog site will not be updated to match the product name until 2025. Over the next year, we will also be gradually updating our resource materials and instructions to reflect this name change.
Course and program proposals for each published Augusta University Catalog must reach the Associate Vice President for Curriculum & Instructional Innovation by October 1 of every year.
Recommendation: To meet these deadlines, we recommend submitting proposals no later than June 30 of the respective year. However, proposals submitted after this date will still progress through the approval process.
