
Modern Campus Curriculum is a curriculum management system that automates the process of curriculum approval. Augusta University utilizes Curriculum to provide an electronic academic program and course approval system for creating and modifying degree programs, individual courses, and catalog information.

These webpages aim to guide you through the course and curriculum proposal and approval process using the software solution Curriculum. All Augusta University faculty and staff can be granted access to originate or view proposals in Curriculog using their AU credentials.
The deadline for submitting course and program proposals for Fall 2026 has passed. Curriculog proposals submitted must have reached the Provost or Designee step by October 1, 2025. Any new proposals submitted will be assigned a Fall 2027 implementation date.

Curriculog proposals must reach the Provost or Designee step by October 1, 2026, for Fall 2027 course scheduling, registration, updating JagTrax, and to be in the 2027-2028 Augusta University Catalog. See the Curriculum Calendar.
Recommendation: To meet this deadline, we recommend submitting proposals no later than August 1, 2026. However, proposals submitted after this date will still progress through the approval process.
