Used to determine specific changes made on a proposal over time. Allows user to view edited fields, comments, decisions, and time spent on a proposal.

Who can run a Historical Change Report?

Any Curriculog user can run a Historical Change Report.

What is a Historical Change Report?

The Historical Change Report provides a detailed outline of a pending proposal including, all proposal participants and what changes have been during the proposal's approval process.  Additionally, users can view how long the proposal was listed in the queue of a prior participant, any decisions made to the proposal, and dates that changes were made to the proposal.

I have generated a Historical Change Report. How can I view it?

All reports are delivered to your augusta.edu email.  Reports may take a few minutes to generate depending on the size of the report.

What is the format of this report?

The Historical Change Report is delivered in HTML format.  However, this report can be saved as a Word document.

When should I run a Historical Change Report?

Historical Change Reports are helpful for the following reasons:

  • to assess how long a proposal was listed in the queue of a proposal participant
  • to review all comments added to a proposal by proposal participants
  • to determine the amount of edits a user made on a proposal
  • to view the outline of the proposal
  • to view what files are attached to the proposal

Can I choose a specific proposal to generate a Historical Change Report for?

Historical Change Reports can only be filtered by college/school/department, date range, and process type.  You will be able to narrow down what you are looking for by using those filters.

How can I view the Historical Change Report once I have submitted it?

All Curriculog reports are active for 5 days. After 5 days, a new report must be generated.

Why should I run a Historical Change Report?

The Historical Change Report is helpful when users want to track what has happened to a proposal over time by filtering on college/school/department, date range, and/or process type.


Impact Report

Used to determine what courses or programs will be impacted by the potential course revision or inactivation. Allows users to identify all programs that will be effected by a requested change.

When is an Impact Report Required?

An Impact Report is required when a course revision or course inactivation proposal is launched.

Why are Impact Reports required on some proposals and not others?

An Impact Report is required for the course revision and course inactivation proposals to show how the change being proposed might impact other courses, programs, and/or colleges/schools.

Why do I need to attach an Impact Report if the change being proposed does not impact any other courses, programs, and/or colleges?

The Impact Report is a required attachment on all course revision and course inactivation proposals to ensure the remaining proposal participants understand there will be no impact to outside courses, programs, and/or colleges/schools.

How can I view the Impact Report once I have submitted it?

All Curriculog reports are active for 5 days. After 5 days, a new report must be generated.

How is impact determined?

The Impact Report pulls data from the Augusta University Catalog to locate everywhere a course is listed.


Proposal Detail Report

Used to outline details of specific proposal details. Allows users to review other user summaries that include: edits, comments, decisions, and time spent on proposals.

The Proposal Detail Report provides a comprehensive list of all details within a single proposal, with the ability to include a summary of user activity edits, comments, decisions, time), comments, import source, and cross-listings.

Used to determine progress of proposals. Allows users to view active, cancelled, held, and suspended proposals.

What is a Proposal Progress Report?

The Proposal Progress Report provides the detailed history of a proposal’s steps in a flow diagram with user’s activity including comments, edits, time, and decisions.

Can I choose a specific proposal to generate a Proposal Progress Report for?

Proposal Progress Reports can only be filtered by process type, active, held, cancelled, completed, or held proposals.

How can I view the Proposal Progress once I have submitted it?

All Curriculog reports are active for 5 days. After 5 days, a new report must be generated.
