Online portal for e-forms, AU International now live!

IPSO's new online portal for completing e-forms, AU International, is now live!  auinternational.augusta.edu Department managers/administrators can log into AU International using their AU network ID and password after completing a training session. (To schedule a training, email Tiffany Takahashi at ttakahashi@augusta.edu.) International students, employees, and scholars can also log into AU International using their AU network ID and password. We are in the process of moving our forms to this new system. In the list of forms below, we have indicated which ones are now located in AU International. 

Department managers/administrators: Please note that the Immigration Consultation Request Form will remain outside of AU International. This should always be the first step in bringing a new international employee or exchange visitor. You will ONLY be able to access the “J-1 Application for a New Exchange Visitor” or the “H-1B Initial Request” in AU International through the direct link that is provided in the response to your ICRF.

Immigration Consultation Request Form	To be used by mentors and department managers to request an immigration assessment for any personnel, scholar, or visitor you wish to employ or host at Augusta University
Interview Consultation Form	To be used by department chairs, search committee chairs, or hiring unit managers to request that an IPSO staff member participate in the interview process to aid in determining if a candidate for AU employment may have immigration needs, to provide an analysis of those needs and early intervention to promote timely response
Unit International Scholar Log	This log is available for use by department/college administrators to facilitate compliance with federal regulations for all international scholars
J-1 FORMS
Information Change Request	J-1s who are employed by Augusta University should make sure that their address and other contact information is up-to-date in OneUSG. Our new system, AU International, will automatically pull this information in, and we will be notified of any changes.
Initial J-1 Request	This process is now located in our new online portal for e-forms, AU International. You will be provided with a direct link to the J-1 Application for a New Exchange Visitor when you receive a response to your Immigration Consultation Request Form.
J-1 Extension Request	This process is now located in our new online portal for e-forms, AU International, under J-1 Extension for an Exchange Visitor.
Initial J-1 Student Intern Form	Completed by mentors of J-1 Student Interns so that IPSO staff can create DS-7002
Student Intern Evaluation Form	Completed by the student intern and supervising professor
J Program Validation Appointment Request Form	Completed by the department manager after the J-1 Exchange Visitor arrives in the U.S. to request a Validation Appointment with IPSO. This process is now located in our new online portal for e-forms, AU International, under J-1 Arrival & Validation.
Add a New J-2 Dependent	J-1 Exchange Visitors who would like to add their spouse and/or children as dependents (J-2s) can complete these e-forms in AU International.
Work Permission for J-2 Dependents	Instructions for J-2 dependents on how to apply for work permission (EAD card).
H-1B, TN, E-3 and O-1 FORMS
Initial H-1B Request	This process is now located in our new online portal for e-forms, AU International. You will be provided with a direct link to the H-1B Initial Request when you receive a response to your Immigration Consultation Request Form.
H-1B Extension or Amendment Request	This process is now located in our new online portal for e-forms, AU International, under H-1B Extension or Amendment Request.
