Borrow from The CREW

As an entity of the Student Life and Engagement office, The CREW strives to offer opportunities for Recognized Student Organizations and university departments to borrow certain items from our inventory.

All of our items listed for borrowing opportunities are our reusable items. 

Below are the items available for borrowing:

  • Popcorn Machine (1)
  • Cotton Candy Machine (1)
  • SnoKone Machine (1)
  • Cornhole Set (2)

Any perishable items such as popcorn kernels, sugar, etc. will not be provided.

Borrowing Process Guidelines

  • The items may only be used in the Jaguar Student Activities Center.
  • Each organization must complete a Borrowing Items Request Form through the JSAC EMS system.
  • Must request to borrow an item at least 10 business days in advance.
  • If the Borrowing Items Request is approved, the borrower will be contacted via email.
