Campus Employers are often the first employers students have. We assist campus department employers with posting their on-campus student assistant and Federal Work Study opportunities on Handshake, our job and event listing site. Please contact the Career Services office at 706-737-1604 if you need assistance posting your on-campus position.
Our career fairs provide excellent opportunities for your students to meet representatives from the companies in their industries of choice and establish a network of contacts. We will help your students research the employers beforehand and provide tips on how to effectively engage recruiters.
We specialize in developing and facilitating career development programming on topics such as resume writing, job-search strategies, and interviewing skills. In addition, we can arrange presentations by professionals (many of them alumni), who can relate their experiences and how their major has helped them in their careers.
