Single Cell & Spatial Transcriptomic Platform

Single cell Spatial Transcriptomic Platform

CosMx SMI is the first high-plex in situ analysis platform to provide spatial multiomics with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and fresh frozen (FF) tissue samples at cellular and subcellular resolution. CosMx SMI enables rapid quantification and visualization of up to 1,000 RNA and 64 validated protein analytes. It is the flexible, spatial single-cell imaging platform that will drive deeper insights for cell atlasing, tissue phenotyping, cell-cell interactions, cellular processes, and biomarker discovery.

Next Generation Sequencing

The NovaSeq 6000 system performs whole-genome sequencing efficiently and cost-effectively. Its tunable output generates up to 6 Tb and 20B single reads in dual flow cell mode with streamlined workflows. Configure the system to sequence up to 48 genomes in ~2 days with comprehensive coverage.

Agilent 2100 BioanalyzerThe Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer system is an established automated electrophoresis solution for the sample quality control of biomolecules. The system integrates an instrument, data processing software, reagents, and a microfluidic chip specific for DNA, RNA, or protein analysis. It is suitable for next-generation sequencing (NGS), gene expression, biopharmaceutical, and genome editing workflows, delivering highly precise analytical evaluation of various sample types. Advantages of microfluidics-based automated electrophoresis over traditional gel electrophoresis include dramatically reduced sample (1 µL for nucleic acids, 4 µL for proteins) and reagent consumption, significantly faster analysis time, and less hands-on activities during sample preparation and data analysis. The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer system is ideal for the scientist requiring a versatile instrument for nucleic acids and protein electrophoresis analysis with moderately low throughput (10-12 samples) needs

Agilent 2200 TapeStationThe Agilent 2200 TapeStation system is a revolutionary automated platform for simpler, faster and more reliable electrophoresis. It is made up of three elements: a consumable tape (ScreenTape device), an instrument (the 2200 TapeStation instrument), and an Agilent Software package (2200 TapeStation Controller Software, and Agilent TapeStation Analysis Software). The system is very straightforward to use, simply place the sample tubes and ScreenTape device in to the 2200 TapeStation instrument and let it load, separate, image, analyze, and present the results.

Qubit fluorometerQubit fluorometer designed to accurately measure DNA, RNA, and protein quantity, and now also RNA integrity and quality, using the highly sensitive Qubit assays. The concentration or quality of the target molecule in the sample is reported by a fluorescent dye that emits a signal only when bound to the target, which minimizes the effects of contaminants on the result. The easy-to-use touch-screen menus make it easy to select and run the assays you need, with results displayed in just a few seconds.

NanoDrop 1000The NanoDrop® ND-1000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is a spectrophotometer which enables highly accurate analyses of 1 ul samples for DNA, RNA, protein, pigments, whole uv-visible (220-700nm) spectrum and cell density tests with remarkable reproducibility
