As one of the oldest medical schools in the nation and the flagship public medical school in the state of Georgia, we pride ourselves on providing an academic environment for our students that is not only prepares them academically but also clinically and attentively.

In learning to treat the physical diagnosis and disease, students also learn to treat the patient as a whole, with empathy and compassion.
