Augusta University's Esports Program offers a unique opportunity for the AU community to participate in competitive esports leagues, tournaments, and special events. Getting involved in esports is a great way to bond with your teammates and meet other students, faculty, and staff! We strive to create a competitive and inclusive community where students can share their passion for video games and competition across a variety of titles and genres.
Augusta University currently supports varsity and junior varsity rosters for these titles:
Engage in tactical first-person shooter battles, using strategy and unique agent abilities to outplay your opponents.
Test your mettle on the track with our top of the line racing simulator rigs against the fastest drivers in the collegiate or amateur circuit.
Battle in a fast-paced arena as a team of three, utilizing diverse legends and their abilities to be the last squad standing.
We will be offering new titles soon, including Rainbow Six: Siege, Call of Duty, Overwatch 2, and CounterStrike 2.
We listen to student feedback and support to add new titles, so let us know what you want to see!
Our teams compete in the Peach Belt Conference and the PlayFly national conference, with opportunities in various tournaments and competitions outside of those as well.

Our program recently unveiled our official Esports Arena, located on the third floor of the Georgia Cyber Center. Fitted out with top-of-the-line Alienware desktops and peripherals, the Arena is where our players are able to compete at the highest level and connect with their teammates in a fun environment.
