The 2026 Staff Professional Development Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the J. Harold Harrison, MD Education Commons Building.
Last year, nearly 200 staff members participated in our inaugural conference, engaging in sessions on topics such as community engagement, project management, intergenerational workplace dynamics, and more. Your strong participation and energy made the event a huge success and we look forward to building on that momentum this year.
Our speakers and full agenda are still being finalized, but you can expect a day designed to support learning, collaboration, and professional growth across our organization.

open for this year’s Staff Professional Development Conference. This annual event
is a valuable opportunity for staff to come together to learn, connect, and engage
in meaningful conversations that strengthen our community. I am excited about the
