ORIGINAL DIPLOMA

Graduates, you must verify that your diploma address is on file! Please log in to POUNCE and follow these steps to add a diploma mailing address:

  • Log in to POUNCE.
  • Click on "Personal Information".
  • Scroll to locate the "Address" block.
  • If a "Diploma Address" already exists, verify that it is correct. If any changes need to be made to the address, please reach out to gradapp@augusta.edu.
  • If a "Diploma Address" does not exist, Click "Add New" in the upper right hand corner.
  • Choose "Diploma Address" in the "Type of Address" drop-down menu.
  • Enter your diploma mailing information and click "Add".
  • All Augusta University diplomas are 14" high x 17" wide.
  • All Augusta University certificates are 8.5" high x 11" wide.
  • Graduates can expect to receive their diploma in the mail approximately 6-8 weeks after the end of each semester.
  • Diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation application.  
  • Graduates are not able to choose the font or colors that their diplomas are printed in.
  • Greek life seals and other student club affiliations are not printed on diplomas.
  • If you need official verification of your degree before you receive your diploma, you may request an official transcript or a degree verification.
  • CeDiplomas are available for degrees awarded Fall 2018 and beyond.

REISSUE DIPLOMA

  • Former students can obtain a reissued diploma by completing the online Reissue Diploma Request and submitting payment of the $25 duplicate diploma fee.
  • Reorders usually take 10-14 days from the day its ordered. 
  • All reissue diplomas, regardless of the year of graduation, will read Augusta University and list the signatures of the current administration.
  • The following statement will be printed below the signatures on the diploma “Reissue - Original Diploma Conferred from (name of institution at the time)."
  • If students are uncertain of their graduation date, please email the Graduation and Commencement Team.

CERTIFIED DIPLOMA

  • For legal purposes, we can only certify Augusta University diplomas or the diploma bearing the institutional name at the time of your graduation.
  • We will not certify any commemorative diplomas.
  • For more information on how to request a certified diploma copy, contact 706-446-1430 or registrar@augusta.edu.
