My greatest desire is to assist students in the Public Administration program to navigate the process and to develop fundamental tools that are grounded in basic principles. While there are a number of skills and abilities that I seek to instill in students, critical thinking is the fundamental skill to convey as it is what bridges the gap between book knowledge and application of that knowledge.
My research interests are focused on those resources that public entities are reliant on: human capital and economic resources. Because these resources are so critical in the public administration arena, it is my interest to consider them academically, strategically, and practically.
