With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Paula is a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer who combines expertise, energy, and empathy to help clients of all ages thrive. Holding a NASM Personal Training Certification and a Precision Nutrition Certification, Paula takes a holistic approach to health—emphasizing not just strength and endurance, but also balance, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle habits. In addition to one-on-one training, Paula is a passionate group fitness instructor and a National Trainer for Les Mills, certified to teach BODYPUMP, RPM, SPRINT, BODYBALANCE, and Yoga. Through this role, she helps inspire and educate both instructors and participants, bringing world-class programming and motivation to every class. Paula has a special focus on working with older adults, helping them improve mobility, stability, and overall well-being for a healthier, more active life. Whether through personalized training, group instruction, or instructor development, she empowers students to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence for the long term
