Bio

Dr. Potter grew up in Powdersville, South Carolina and completed her undergraduate education at Presbyterian College, graduating valedictorian of her class. She then pursued her medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Potter completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at the University of Florida, serving as chief resident her final year. She received additional fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Vermont Medical Center under the direction Dr. Glenn Goldman. She has collaborated and co-authored numerous research publications and book chapters with colleagues. Dr. Potter is excited to be back in the southeast, joining the faculty at Augusta University. She is board certified in dermatology and fellowship trained in Mohs surgery.
