Bio
I discovered the SNO-CoA/SCAN/SCoR system that governs protein S-nitrosylation, linking nitric oxide signaling to kidney protection, insulin resistance, and atherosclerosis, and developed first-in-class SCoR inhibitors.

Research Interests
My research defines how the SNO-CoA/SCAN/SCoR enzymatic system governs protein S-nitrosylation to control metabolic reprogramming, kidney protection, insulin signaling, and atherogenesis. I integrate molecular mechanisms with disease models and therapeutic development, including first-in-class SCoR inhibitors with translational potential.
