Bio
Dr. Hergott is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in aging and exercise. She is a Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist, an ACSM-Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and an APTA-Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults. She promotes physical activity and fall prevention through her work on the APTA-NCOA Task Force, APTA Geriatrics Health and Wellness Special Interest Group, and the Exercise is Medicine Clinical Practice Committee.
