Please complete the event request form in the link below. Once the request is received, we will review the activity details, dates and times and respond within 2 business days. All requests for SPEAR Center space are NOT final until a confirmation email is received from the SPEAR Center.
Submission of a completed SPEAR case template is required at least four weeks prior to the activity date. If a completed case template is not submitted by the four-week deadline, your event will be canceled.
In order to help promote the scholarship of simulation, the SPEAR Center has partnered with the Educational Innovation Institute (EII) at the Medical College of Georgia to help faculty, housestaff and students who are interested in simulation research.
