There are specific learning objectives for each main OR or subspecialty rotation.
Each resident receives a copy of the objectives at the beginning of the program. The
department provides multiple online training resources to supplement the regular didactics.
All these efforts have resulted in excellent performance by our graduates on the ABA
BASIC and ADVANCED exams and outstanding career placements.
