Bio

My name is Paul Spadaro, and I currently serve as the Superintendent of Rondout Valley Central School District in Accord, New York.. I received my Bachelor's in Health and Physical Education in 2003, attending Coastal Carolina University (CCU). I obtained my Master's in Education Administration at Cambridge College in 2006. I was in the first cohort of the ED. S program at CCU and graduated in 2012. I attained my Doctorate at CCU, specializing in educational leadership in 2023. My career goal was to become a superintendent of a school district. Serving as a Superintendent of a dynamic school district helped me develop the analytical and critical thinking skills needed to become a successful leader of an organization. I enjoy spending time with my family and love playing golf, walking, and relaxing at the pool or beach.
