Teaching Interests
I enjoy teaching medical students and residents in the ambulatory pediatric clinic with focus on clinical reasoning and communication skills. I also enjoy advising medical students through their journey from matriculating to medical school to matching into residency.

Research Interests
My research focuses on pediatric medical education and faculty development through coaching. I am especially interested in how individuals progress across the continuum of medical careers, including the stages of medical school, residency, faculty appointment, leadership, and retirement.
