Teaching Interests

I have taught Educational Research, Leadership and Interpersonal Dynamics, Special Topics in Leadership, Improving Instruction, and Differentiation. I am interested in all leadership areas and ways to improve classroom instruction through differentiation and equitable learning experiences.

Research Interests

I am interested in research on Leadership, Improving Instruction, and Equity through Differentiation. I also enjoy learning more about Visible Learning practices and the effect size of teacher and school practices.
