Why should you join the School of Computer and Cyber Sciences?

Here's what some of our faculty had to say:

I joined the faculty at Augusta University because I wanted to help build and craft a new, nationally known computer science program from a research and educational perspective. The chance to help grow the School of Computer and Cyber Sciences was too good of an opportunity to pass up.

Why Augusta?

Augusta Georgia Skyline

Augusta Georgia, Georgia’s second oldest and second largest city, is becoming more than just the golf capital of the United States since the inception of the Masters Golf Tournament in the 1930's. Augusta is quickly becoming known as the future "Silicon Valley " of the Southeastern United States, initiated by the move of U.S. Army Cyber Command to Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.

A few notes of notoriety for Augusta:

Located around 150 miles away from Atlanta, GA and the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the Central Savannah River Area is a great central location to many major cities in the United States including Charlotte, Savannah and Charleston.
