JagPulse, AU's Volunteer Hub

JagPulse is a community engagement platform designed to facilitate connections between students, faculty, staff, and local nonprofit organizations.

By logging in with their university single sign-on credentials, users can create a profile and explore various volunteer opportunities. Additionally, they can track their volunteer hours and access their service transcript. At Augusta University, collaboration with community partners is a core element of our mission and vision. We are dedicated to fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our partner organizations and take pride in bridging the campus and the community.

Faculty

Faculty can use JagPulse to integrate service learning into their courses by partnering with local organizations and posting service opportunities for student engagement. This allows students to engage in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that benefit the community. Additionally, the platform streamlines event registration, simplifying volunteer sign-ups for community-engaged learning activities.

Looking to Make an Impact? Join Jags Jump In!

Each semester, the Office of Community Engagement hosts 1-2 Jags Jump In volunteer events, connecting students with local organizations and fostering meaningful community partnerships.

With transportation provided, Jags Jump In enhances student engagement and belonging through unique, community-engaged learning experiences. The Office of Community Engagement coordinates logistics, partners with local organizations, and collaborates with university departments to maximize student participation.

Past events at organizations like GAP Ministries and Golden Harvest have provided us with the invaluable opportunity to broaden students' engagement while building community connections that foster future collaboration.
