JagPulse is a community engagement platform designed to facilitate connections between students, faculty, staff, and local nonprofit organizations.
By logging in with their university single sign-on credentials, users can create a profile and explore various volunteer opportunities. Additionally, they can track their volunteer hours and access their service transcript. At Augusta University, collaboration with community partners is a core element of our mission and vision. We are dedicated to fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our partner organizations and take pride in bridging the campus and the community.
Getting Started on JagPulse
Students can easily search for service and volunteer opportunities that align with their passions and connect with community partners. Track your hours, stay organized, and see the collective impact of your contributions. The site is regularly updated with new events, making it easy to get involved and build meaningful relationships through impactful service.
Community Partners can connect with AU students, faculty, and staff through JagPulse. JagPulse allows AU members to discover and manage volunteer opportunities, while community partner organizations (affiliates) can post volunteer and service-learning opportunities visible to the entire AU community. If you're interested in becoming an AU Community Partner, please review these resources.
Faculty can use JagPulse to integrate service learning into their courses by partnering with local organizations and posting service opportunities for student engagement. This allows students to engage in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that benefit the community. Additionally, the platform streamlines event registration, simplifying volunteer sign-ups for community-engaged learning activities.
