Cancellation Policy Application and cancellation fees are non-refundable. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received in writing prior to the course.
A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is received in writing during the first
week of the course. No refund will be given after the first week of the course. Qualified substitutions are permitted. No written notice – no refund (except in emergency situations - on a case by case basis).
