What is a Historical Change Report?
The Historical Change Report provides a detailed outline of a pending proposal including, all proposal participants and what changes have been during the proposal's approval process. Additionally, users can view how long the proposal was listed in the queue of a prior participant, any decisions made to the proposal, and dates that changes were made to the proposal.

All reports are delivered to your augusta.edu email. Reports may take a few minutes to generate depending on the size of the report.

Historical Change Reports can only be filtered by college/department, date range and process type. You will be able to narrow down what you are looking for by using those filters.
How can I view the Historical Change Report once I have submitted it?
All Curriculog reports are active for 5 days. After 5 days, a new report must be generated.
Why should I run a Historical Change Report?
Historical Change Report is helpful when users want to track what has happened to a proposal over time by filtering on college/department, date range, and/or process type.
Used to determine what courses or programs will be impacted by the potential course revision or inactivation.
Allows users to identify all programs that will be effected by a requested change.
When is an Impact Report Required?
An Impact Report is required when a course revision or course inactivation proposal is launched.
Why are Impact Reports required on some proposals and not others?
An Impact Report is required by the course revision and course inactivation proposals to show how the change being proposed will impact other courses, programs, and/or colleges.
Why do I need to attach an Impact Report if the change being proposed does not impact any other courses, programs, and/or colleges?
The Impact Report is a required attachment on all course revision and course inactivation proposals to ensure the remaining proposal participants understand there will be no impact to outside courses, programs, and/or colleges.
How can I view the Impact Report once I have submitted it?
All Curriculog reports are active for 5 days. After 5 days, a new report must be generated.
