Our goal is to foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers in administering Augusta University's policies and procedures.

Employee Relations is available to provide general or specific training, guidance, and advice on work matters related to equal employment opportunity, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA accommodations), performance management, policies and procedures, the disciplinary process, supervisory skills, or departmental specific needs. We will assist in resolving a variety of workplace concerns such as work environment issues, conduct expectations, communication problems, policy interpretation, or any other general guidance related to employment at Augusta University. We also provide information on Alternative Dispute Resolutionand Grievance procedures.
