Bio

Dr. Ilanit Stern received her dental degree from the Hebrew University - Hadassah School of Dental Medicine. She then completed her residency and a clinical Internship in University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine . She is currently a part time clinical instructor in the Division of Oral Medicine at the Augusta University, Dental Collage of Georgia.

Teaching Interests

Modification to dental treatment for the medically compromised patients, Oral complications of Systemic Diseases, Xerostomia ,Salivary Gland Dysfunction, oral mucosal disease of Viral, Bacterial, Fungal immune dysfunction origin such as Lichen Planus, Pemphigoid, Pemphigus, aphtous ulcers, erythema multiforme, as well as precancerous conditions like erythroplakia, leukoplakia and dysplasia, pigmented and reactive oral abnormalities, Tempromandibular Disorder, Burning mouth syndrome and altered taste.
