As the founding school of Augusta University, the Medical College of Georgia proudly holds the distinction of being the state’s premier institution for training physicians. It graduates the largest number of medical professionals across the four medical schools in Georgia, contributing significantly to the healthcare workforce and addressing the needs of patients throughout the region.
About 50 percent of our graduates remain in the state to practice, well above the average retention rate of 39 percent. In fact, 1 in 5 physicians in Georgia graduated from or completed their residency at MCG.

From the sign in pop-out, choose the left side sign-in for AU Users and the right side sign-in for ALL OTHERS Users. For AU Users, your Username is your AU email address MINUS @augusta.edu and your password is the same one you use for all AU Apps (i.e., Outlook, etc.). For ALL OTHER Users, your Username is your entire email address and your password is the one selected when creating your MCG CloudCME account.
Forgot Your Password: ALL OTHER Users, please click Sign-In, click Sign in with your Email and Password, and click Forgot Your Password to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Creating a new user profile with a new email is highly discouraged if you have attended any of our events in the past. This action most likely will create a duplicate profile for you in our system and it will NOT show your previously claimed credits history on your transcript automatically.
If you are a previous AU User and no longer have access to your AU email, please email the MCG CME Office at CME_MCG@augusta.edu and we can change your email address in the system.
Locked out of the MCG CloudCME Portal: After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked. A MCG CME team member can unlock your account for you. Please email us at CME_MCG@augusta.edu for assistance.
How do I access my transcript & certificates?
Once you are logged into the MCG CloudCME Portal, click on MY CME button on the top right on the navigation bar and select Transcript icon. All previous CME records are located in CME Tracker. The MCG CME Office no longer has access to records in CME Tracker. Certificates are located by clicking MY CME and clicking Evaluations and Certificates.
NOTE: All Conferences have a post-conference evaluation that must be completed to be awarded CME credits. You will not see a certificate or CME credits on your transcript until the post-conference evaluation is complete.
Transcripts can be downloaded or emailed using the buttons that appear above the transcript report.
If you feel your CME transcript is incomplete or missing credits, please send us an email at CME_MCG@augusta.edu.
