Kadmon KD025-013: A Phase 2, Randomized, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of KD025 in Subjects with Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (cGVHD) After At Least 2 Prior Lines of Systemic Therapy (The ROCKstar Study)

The purpose of this study is to test whether a drug called KD025 (the study drug) is a good treatment for patients with Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (cGVHD). We want to know how well it can improve both the symptoms of cGVHD and the cGVHD disease and to know more information about its safety.
